Krisia identified several problem areas in my legs and back that contributed to my mobility challenges. No provider to date had located the source of my discomfort because several of them neglected to listen to my concerns and experiences. Krisia assessed my pain and tightness and worked through several very tight trigger points, releasing the tightness and allowing the healing to begin. Her comfortable style combined with her expertise in both massage and physical therapy contributed to her ability to understand what was not working, then use different techniques to aid those areas.

Krisia take the time to listen to your concerns and with her gifted hands she can tackle all of the stress in our muscles that life hands us and works those knots out. This was my 2nd time coming and will be back again.
